Benny Fab est un fab lab (fabrication laboratory, un « laboratoire de fabrication »), soit un espace d’expérimentation voulant offrir aux citoyens la possibilité de s’approprier les technologies de production d’objets, dans un contexte collaboratif. Fondé sur le DIY (do it yourself) et aspirant au DIWO (do it with others), cet espace promeut la collaboration et le partage des connaissances, et met l’accent sur la création numérique et l’électronique.
Des micro-ateliers permettent aussi de se familiariser avec les différents appareils et logiciels de l'atelier.
Un aperçu du matériel : imprimantes 3D; LEGO Mindstorms; trousses Circuit Scribe, LittleBits, Arduino et Makey Makey; appareils-photo numériques.

Benny Fab is a fab lab (fabrication laboratory), an experimentation space offering citizens access to object-production technologies in a collaborative environment. Built on DIY (do it yourself) and aspiring to DIWO (do it with others), this space promotes collaboration and sharing, and focuses on digital creation and electronics.
Microworkshops also provide the opportunity to familiarize oneself with the different software and pieces of equipment.
