Présentation 1: Est-ce que l'ignorance est bonne ou mauvaise pour les projets (Is ignorance good or bad for projects) ?

Ignorance can be bad because it leads to starting projects that should not have been started, some argue. Ignorance can be rather good because if people had known in advance the real costs and difficulties of the project, no project would ever be approved, others suggest. Who is right? Who is wrong? And why?

Présentation 2: Pourquoi se méfier de l'analyse coûts-avantages (The case against Cost-Benefit-Analysis in megaprojects) ?
There are many iconic projects that would never be built now with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). Indeed it  would be hard-pressing finding that their benefits exceed their costs either then or now for these projects. This presentation focuses on what is wrong with CBA.
